Classroom Homebuyer Education

Thank you for your interest in our first time homebuyer education training class.  Please note that all information regarding qualifying for a mortgage, shopping for a home, working with a realtor, the home inspection, down payment and closing costs assistance programs, the closing process and more is solely provided in our first time homebuyer education training class. Come hear from industry professional as we provide you with tools and resources that will help you achieve your goal of homeownership.

After attending one of our homebuyer education classes (including online sessions) you will have the option to schedule a one-on-one follow up mortgage readiness and credit assessment with one of our home buyer educators. A soft touch tri-merge credit report (including credit scores) will be provided during this session at no additional charge.
