January 2017 Online Education Only (Discount Available) English & Spanish – No Classroom Sessions Available

To participate in our online home buyer education course go to ehomeamerica.org/nhskc and follow all links and/or instructions that follow. Be sure to enter your discount coupon code NHSKC17 where indicated (valid January 1 -31, 2017 only). Limited quantities available on first come, first serve basis.  No exceptions will be made prior to January 1st, nor will any extensions be granted after January 31st. Although classes are listed on Saturdays please note that participants can begin the online home buyer education course any day and time of the week In addition, courses are not required to be completed prior to January 31st. However, registration and payment MUST be received on or before January 31, 2017.

Upon completion of your online home buyer education course complete the attached (if applicable) and submit to NHS at your earliest convenience. Upon receipt of these completed documents, NHS will send to you via email your home buyer education certificate of completion.  If interested, following the completion of your online home buyer education course, you have the option to schedule a one-on-one follow up mortgage readiness and credit assessment with one of our home buyer educators.
